The design process will develop in several stages during which the client gains a complete understanding of the design development and has full control over the fees for the whole duration of the project.

1. The Initial Meeting

Every interior design project starts with a first introduction meeting during which the designer and the potential client get to know each other and discuss the first ideas for the project. This initial meeting will be free of commitment.

2. The Brief Meeting

Should the client and designer decide to start the collaboration, the initial meeting will be followed by the brief meeting and a site visit. At this stage, the designer gets familiarised with the project, the client's requirements and budget.

3. The Concept

The Concept Development is the foundation of the design process. During this stage, we present the client with space planning drawings, sample boards and curated FF&E (furniture, fittings and equipment), which will communicate our comprehensive proposals for the project.

4. The Design Development

At this stage the creative dialogue between the designer and the client continues, during which we shape your vision into reality, balancing aesthetics with practicality. We put forward schedules and specifications, detailed technical working drawings, as well as budgets and timetables for the client approval.

5. Procurement and Implementation

Comprehensive design elements previously discussed during the design development are delivered to the contractors and specialist subcontractors for implementation. We rigourously oversee every aspect of the pre-construction and construction stage to ensure that the project will be delivered within the agreed schedule. We work closely with trusted specialist suppliers and artisans to ensure we offer our clients an outstanding design experience. Whenever possible, we will pass on trade prices on sourced items and materials.

6. The Handover

The client - designer partnership continues after the end of the project. Whether advising our clients on the purchase of artwork, collectible items and antiques, engaging in future design projects or simply refer additional specialist consultants, we are always keen on developing a long-lasting connection.

7. After the Project Handover

This is the final stage of the project when we ensure that everything works properly and advise on maintenance of furnishings, fittings and materials. Regardless of the size and scope of each project, we take on, we are committed to deliver a remarkable result that reflects our client’s expectations and vision for their project.
